Installation of building services for a new 360,000ft2 store; the first 'urban' store for IKEA UK and the first Multi-Storey worldwide for IKEA - split over 7 storeys. The project incorporated a 200m open loop ground source heating and cooling system for the entire building surpassing the 10% on site renewable targets required by building regulations.
